J. Webster Joinery is still run as a small family firm but, having seen a need for more quality joiners, we now operate an apprentice-training programme in association with the CITB.
We still produce bespoke joinery for the public and building trade, and carry out extensive work for recommended architects and architectural designers. Recently, we have completed work for the York Trust and Castle Howard.
Employing a modern, fully-extracted working environment with extensive machinery and tools, we can now create traditional and modern mouldings for any copy or design using top quality materials such as oak, mahogany, beech, teak, and pine.
Our customers take comfort knowing that their unique and individual commissions are built to the exact dimensions and sizes they need, as determined by a site/home visit.

Our services include:
• Staircases
• Conservatories
• Traditional sliding sash windows
• Storm proof and flush sash windows
• New and replacement double-glazing
• New kitchens and bathrooms
• Fitted bookcases
• Bespoke doors
• Shop fronts
• Bars
We offer fitting and installation services for products commissioned by us and independently bought by the customer.
All external timber is dip-treated against parasites and fungi, and can be fully factory-finished (e.g. primed, undercoated, and glossed to any colour).
